(I), Japan Daido steel S-STAR
S-STAR is a super-glossy Japanese Daido steel, high hardness, corrosion-resistant plastic mold steel (32HRC pre-hard type, 53HRC quenching and tempering type).
⒈ S-STAR's expertise:
⑴, corrosion resistance (martensitic stainless steel);
⑵, heat-treated hardness up to 53HRC;
⑶, super-mirror nature;
⑷, heat a very small dimensional changes (0.03% or less);
⑸, even within the sound quality (ESR refining);
⑹, etching processing, EDM is good;
⑺, pre-hardened state of delivery, can be used directly carving.
⒉ S-STAR uses:
⑴, super-mirror optical lens with a plastic mold steel molds;
⑵, high hardness, corrosion-resistant container with a cosmetic plastic mold steel mold, food containers with mold, cap mold, cartridge model;
⑶, applied molding resin material PMMA, PC, EP, PP, PS, PVC, PE, PF, flame retardant resin.

FS136 (4Cr13SiNiV) Northeast Special Steel Group is a newly developed high-quality corrosion-resistant super-glossy plastic mold steel, composition and structure close to the Swedish Assab mould steel ASSAB S136, excellent value for money.
⒈ FS136 (4Cr13SiNiV) chemical composition (%):
C0.36 ~ 0.45; Si 0.90 ~ 1.20; Mn0.40 ~ 0.70; Cr13.00 ~ 14.00; Ni0.15 ~ 0.3; V0.25 ~ 0.35; P <0.020; S <0.010.
⒉ FS136 (4Cr13SiNiV) features:
In the domestic S136 (4Cr13) based on fine-tuning V, Ni content, optimizing alloy ingredients, effectively improve the purity of steel, compared with a significant reduction in S, P content, ingot after homogenization, to improve the uniformity of alloy composition, finished steel products As a final heat treatment at high temperature tempering, softening hardness and improve the organization, to effectively improve the corrosion resistance and mirror-polished performance.
⒊ domestic FS136 (4Cr13SiNiV) die steel is used for:
For corrosion resistance and higher mirror polished plastic mold.
⒋ domestic FS136 (4Cr13SiNiV) die steel heat treatment process:
Anneal: 880 ℃ slow cooling
Quenching: 1020 ~ 1100 ℃ oil cooling, the 500 ~ 800 ℃ preheat the secondary
Tempering: 200 ~ 300 ℃ air-cooled HRC52 ~ 50
⒌ FS136 (4Cr13SiNiV) factory state:
Annealed condition: <235HB
Pre-hardened state: HRC30 ~ 36
